So sorry, but orders are no longer available online as we are on our way to the festival! If you need any additional help with your travel arrangements, don't hesitate to contact us!
Detroit Lakes is approximately 3.5 hours from Minneapolis. However, please note traffic can be challenging on RT 94 on weekends. Please budget extra time, especially on your return trip when booking airfare. After several requests last year, we have decided to leave the festival 30 minutes earlier than last year, with a new "no straggler" policy!
Once your online-payment is received, you will receive a Confirmation Email and an Itinerary from us! Travelers will need to have a valid driver's license to board the bus. Your license will be used to crosscheck the passenger list.
On Wednesday, July 23rd, we will be departing the Bus Terminal of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport at 2:00PM. We will arrive at the 10,000 Lakes Festival at approximately 7:00PM, depending on traffic, with one rest stop and one stop at a local grocery for provisions! The airport address is 4300 Glumack Drive, St. Paul, MN 55111Click here for a map.
We encourage you to limit your luggage to 1 large duffel bag (for tents and camping equipment) and a day pack, that can be carried on the bus. One cooler can be brought for perishables; however iced coolers can not be accepted.
Upon arrival, there will be one very easy to find drop off location the all of the campgrounds (Northwoods, Lake Sallie, Blue Ox, Viking, and VIP). There is no need to purchase a Vehicle Reservation pass. There will be either reserved areas for our riders in each campground or you can just meet up with your friends at their campsite by using the golf-cart "taxi" system.
On Sunday, July 27th, we will be leaving the 10,000 Lakes Festival at 10:30AM sharp and arriving at the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport at around 3:30PM-4:00PM, depending on traffic mid-ride and nearby the airport.
