We are very excited to offer round-trip transportation from the UCLA campus to Las Vegas,
Nevada for the 2008 Vegoose Music Festival!
We are currently assembling a waiting list of passengers, so if you are interested in
attending, please contact us or call (877) 852-9157 immediately! Seats will go fast!
Travelers will need to have a valid driver's license to board the bus. Your license will be used
to crosscheck the passenger list.
We encourage you to limit your luggage to 1 large duffel bag and a day pack that can be
carried on the bus.
Upon arrival in Las Vegas, riders will be dropped off at the hotel of your choice. You will also
be picked up at the same spot on Monday morning.
We will be leaving Las Vegas on Monday, November 3, 2008, at 10:00AM, arriving back at
UCLA at roughly 3pm depending on traffic.
Please note, we do have a few new rules you will have to follow:
*Riders must be 18 and over.
*You will be turned away if you bring pets/dogs/animals.
*Last minute "walk ups" with cash can not be accepted, so please be sure to book your trip
on-line and 48-hours in advance.
*To make this trip cost-affordable, one-way tickets can not be provided; you must book a
round trip ticket. However, we will help you coordinate with other riders looking to split their
ticket into 2 one-way tickets and share the costs. Please just email us; we will connect you!
*The buses must leave as scheduled on Friday and Monday; we can not wait for stragglers,
support, please just email us! We can try to make specific arrangements for you. For
example, we will have staff on-site all weekend with vans that can be utilized to pick travelers
up who are delayed, who arrive Saturday/Sunday or who must return Saturday/Sunday.
